Regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

At this time when the news cycle is dominated by the growing concerns associated with COVID-19 (coronavirus), we wanted to personally reach out and let you know that our teams at Creetwood Tavern, Red Door Tavern and Whitehall Tavern are vigilantly implementing enhanced protocols in addition to our already top notch health and safety standards to ensure that we are best serving our loyal patrons within the coming days, weeks and months. Currently, all of our locations will remain open.

We are closely monitoring the guidance of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) as we continue to focus on the health of our teams, as well as our patrons.

In addition to our standard safety procedures, here’s what we will be doing:

  • We have enhanced the techniques used to clean our restaurant before and after each customer enters and exits our building. In particular, we are paying special attention to interior customer touch points such as seats, tables, door handles and other hard surfaces, as well as employee touch points like computers, check presenters, and counter-tops.
  • We will continue to clean our facilities frequently with recommended sanitizing products.
  • In addition, we are taking steps to ensure the welfare of our employees. This includes instructing employees who feel ill to stay home and consult their healthcare providers. We are also urging all employees to be vigilant about continued frequent hand washing.
  • If you have an existing reservation, we look forward to seeing you and want to reassure you that we are doing everything we can to promote a safe and secure experience. If you need to change a reservation, you can do so without incurring any change fees.

We ask that our guests keep in mind their responsibility to the surrounding Atlanta community and beyond and remain at home if you do suspect you are ill. We appreciate your continued support in keeping our community safe, and we will continue to provide our guests with regular updates regarding this ever-evolving situation.

Family Meals & To-Go Meals

Creatwood Tavern will be implementing a to-go plan that may include

  1. Curbside To-Go
  2. “Hands off” To-Go Pickup at the restaurant
  3. Family meals to go

We are committed to safety and sanitation and our staff has been trained daily, to prevent the transmission of pathogens to our guests. This is an everyday responsibility for our staff before COVID-19, and after this is all over and we all get back to our daily lives. Having said that we want to share with you the procedures that we will be implementing to ensure you receive your to go food safely.

We commit to:

  • Cleaning and sanitizing the surfaces that your food will be coming in contact with after every order is put up.
  • We will be cleaning and sanitizing all important touch points of the restaurant.
  • We will wash our hands after each task.
  • We will change our gloves with each order.
  • We will clean and sanitize the area your order will be sitting on while it waits for you.
  • We will bring your order out to your car with fresh gloves on.
  • If you choose to pick up your order you can pick it up “hands off”. That means we will leave it at a specific table for you and you can get it and go without close interaction with our staff.

All To-Go orders will be charged an extra 20% which goes to our servers and bartenders that won’t be working and solely rely on tips for their income.
